Congratulations to Richard Fitter who has been made a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. The ICE describes the grade of Fellow as their "highest and most senior grade of membership, reserved for senior civil engineers who have made a significant contribution to the civil engineering profession or have advanced the practice of engineering."
