Application for new homes in Kingswood

An outline planning application has been submitted by MG&G for up to 140 new homes with 1650sq.m of commercial (Use Class E) in the heart of Kingswood.

The redevelopment of the Lucas Works site will include a mixture of family homes and apartments designed by BBA Architects, together with complementary commercial space intended for local businesses.

Entran have been appointed to provide an assesment of the future impact of the proposed development on the local transport network, along with considering a careful balance between parking provision, sustainable travel measures and car ownership levels, without having an adverse impact on the local highway network.
