COVID-19 business continuity

Entran operates across three offices and all of our staff regularly work from home either full or part-time as part of our normal working practices. In light of the evolving coronavirus situation, we would therefore like to reassure our clients and partners that we have procedures and technology in place to enable business continuity.  We are closely monitoring Government advice to ensure that we prioritise the health and safety of our employees and their families and also minimise risk to our clients.

We closed our offices on 19th March and our employees have be working from home with full access to all files and software to ensure that the service we provide, and any live projects, are not affected. Following updated Government guidance during the week commencing 11th May we are making the necessary arrangements in the Bristol office to allow a phased re-introduction of office working at the appropriate time.

We are set up with Microsoft Teams on Office 365 so that our project teams can continue to work together efficiently and effectively. We encourage the participation at meetings via conference calls and video conferencing. We can also use other platforms that may be required.

We will continually review the situation and Government guidance, and we’ll keep you updated on any changes that could affect our service
