Oxfordshire County Council has granted planning permission this week for a new 318,000 sq ft high-technology, life sciences and digital innovation campus on a prominent 20-acre site.
The scheme will deliver a next-generation innovation environment, including laboratories, R&D space, cyber and digital infrastructure, advanced engineering units and clean-industry accommodation within a sustainable, landscape-led and nature-positive setting.
Spencer Cooper, of De Montalt Life Sciences, said “This is a landmark moment for Oxfordshire. Our campus will create a world-class environment for fast-growth companies, spin-outs and next-generation technologies.”
Its location will make it a strategic anchor campus for the UK’s most dynamic technology sectors.
Entran provided transportation consultancy services to secure a positive recommendation from the highway authority.
